Can it run our existing POS software?

Usually — Sunmi terminals are Android, so most modern POS applications install directly. Tell us which one and we’ll confirm before you buy.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The terminal keeps taking sales locally and syncs when the connection returns. We configure and test that behaviour before handover, because that’s the day it matters.
