Doors, gates and the payroll behind them.
- Door access — readers, controllers, electric locks and exit devices, by door and by user group
- Biometric attendance — fingerprint and face recognition terminals for shift and office attendance
- Turnstiles & gates — entrance control for staff gates, sites and building lobbies
- Zone permissions — who opens which door and at which hours: server rooms, stock rooms, cash offices, executive floors
- Time & attendance software — shifts, overtime, late and absence rules, exportable or wired straight into payroll
- Multi-site — every branch on one system with head office visibility
Where this matters
Warehouses and factories running shifts with overtime rules. Retail chains where head office needs branch attendance without a phone call. Schools and clinics with restricted areas. Any business where payroll is still being reconciled from a paper sheet and a supervisor’s memory.
Questions we get asked.
Fingerprint or face recognition?
Face for kitchens, workshops and anywhere hands are wet, gloved or dirty. Fingerprint is cheaper and fine for offices. Many sites use both.
Does it work when the network is down?
Terminals store punches locally and sync when the connection returns. Doors keep their access rules on the controller.
Can we manage several branches from head office?
Yes — one system, per-branch views and consolidated reporting.
What about data protection?
Biometric data is stored as a mathematical template, not a stored image of a fingerprint. We’ll walk your HR team through the retention setup and what to tell staff.
